  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips and mince the garlic.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
