  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
