  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
