  • 24 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 6 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black olives (for decoration)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, more marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with marinara sauce topped with mozzarella.
  5. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes and place on top before adding sliced olives for eyes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
