  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for salmon and potatoes)

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
