Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 56 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Olive oil, zaatar

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 9-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Once cooked, cool under cold water, peel, and slice.
  2. While the eggs are boiling, slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange the sliced eggs, avocado, halved tomatoes, and feta cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle zaatar for added flavor.
