Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 and 1/2 cups chunky tomato salsa
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sour cream, divided
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (3.8 ounce) can sliced black ripe olives
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped, divided
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 and 1/2 cups prepared guacamole
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 (6 ounce) can medium black olives, for garnishing and spiders
  • Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
  • Mini Bell Peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Chop the green onions, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and have everything ready for assembly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with taco seasoning mix until well blended. In another bowl, mix half of the sour cream with chunky tomato salsa.
  3. On a serving platter, spread the seasoned refried beans as your first layer. Add the salsa mixture as your second layer. Gently spread half of the sour cream on top as the third layer.
  4. Layer on guacamole as your fourth layer. Add shredded cheese mixture as the fifth layer. Top with chopped green onions, sliced black olives, and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  5. Use remaining sour cream in a piping bag or squeeze bottle to drizzle over the assembled dip in a spiderweb pattern. Garnish with medium black olives arranged as spiders.
  6. Arrange blue corn tortilla chips, yellow corn tortilla chips, and halved mini bell peppers around your dip board for dipping.
