  • 16 oz box Rotini pasta
  • 1/23/4 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 oz can black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices chopped chicken
  • 10 chopped Frigo Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sticks
  • 1 cup sliced Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Sticks
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • small pie pumpkin (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced roasted red peppers, onion, olives, cucumber, chopped chicken, turkey sausage, and cheddar cheese sticks.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated. Adjust dressing to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
