  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring (a few drops)

  • 1 tbsp fine granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup fine granulated sugar
  • Red gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare the whipped cream by combining heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and fine sugar in a mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, chopped white chocolate, and mini chocolate chips. Heat over medium-low while stirring until melted; add red food coloring.
  3. For the sugar blood rim, mix light corn syrup and granulated sugar in a small saucepan and heat until it reaches 300°F. Dip glass rims into the mixture to coat.
