  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, chopped dill, olive oil, and cottage cheese until well mixed.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced zucchini followed by half of the cheese mixture. Repeat with another layer of zucchini and remaining cheese mixture.
  5. Top with additional crumbled feta.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
